(A) COMPULSORY MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

The OWNER of every lift shall cause the lift, all machinery and equipment connected therewith and the safety equipment to be cleaned, oiled, adjusted and replaced (if required) by a REGISTERED LIFT CONTRACTOR.
