RESPONSIBLIITY OF LIFT CONTRACTOR
Lift Contractor undertakes the primary responsibility for the actual execution of the lift maintenance/repair works :
(a) with due care, skill and diligence
(b) in accordance with compulsory periodic examination, testing & inspection schedule
