(3) LAND TITLE (STRATA) ACT
SECTION 48
A MANAGEMENT CORPORATION shall, for the purposes of the subdivided building concerned
(a) properly maintain and keep it in a state of good and serviceable repair the common property*; and
(b) where necessary, renew or replace any fixtures or fittings comprised in the common property.
