Section 66(1), Land Titles (Strata) Act Duty to disclosure personal interests in contract
Every council member who is in any way, directly or indirectly, interested in a contract or proposed contract shall declare the nature of his interest at the council meeting as soon as practicable after the relevant facts have come to his knowledge
